A: Yes, in order to receive trash service in the City of Vincent, please fill out the response form here, email your information to support@alabamawasteservices.com, or go to City Hall and fill out the form in person.

Q: What if my pickup day falls on a holiday?

A: If your collection day occurs on a recognized holiday, pick-ups will shift to the next business day. Recognized holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

A: Please see our Payment Policy in the Policy section for details regarding due dates, late fees and service suspensions.
