Important Billing & Payment Information
Beginning April 1, 2026, garbage service will be billed quarterly by Alabama Waste Services (AWS).
Quarterly billing means one invoice covering three months of service at a time, instead of monthly billing through the Water Board.
Customers will be able to pay using:
Online payment through the AWS customer portal
Bank draft (ACH)
Credit or debit card
Check by mail
