Beginning April 1, 2026, garbage service will be billed quarterly by Alabama Waste Services (AWS) instead of monthly through the Vincent Water Board.

March Billing
• March trash service should still be paid through the Vincent Water Board.
• All March payments should be made by March 15.
• The Water Board will continue accepting trash payments through March 31.
• After March 31, all trash service payments must be made directly to Alabama Waste Services.

Quarterly Billing
• Quarterly billing means one invoice covering three months of service at a time, rather than monthly billing.
• For this first billing cycle, Alabama Waste Services will mail paper invoices to all customers.
• If you are not currently enrolled in Auto Pay and would like to be, instructions will be included with your invoice so you can enroll for future billing cycles.

Payment Policy
Payments are due by the due date listed on the invoice. Accounts not paid within 15 days of the invoice due date may result in temporary service interruption and a service interruption charge.
